Cheryl Cowley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cheryl began their career in 1993 as a Customer Service Representative at KeyBank and worked in that role until 1997. Cheryl then joined KeyCorp, where they served as a Team Lead in Treasury Operations from 1997 to 2000. Following this, Cheryl worked as an Analyst in Internal Reporting at KeyCorp until 2003.
In 2003, Cheryl joined Key Education Resources as a Pricing Analyst and worked there for a year before moving to KeyBank in 2004. At KeyBank, they worked as an AVP in Relationship Management from 2004 to 2011.
In 2011, Cheryl joined Santander Bank, N.A. and held various roles during their tenure. Cheryl started as a Cost Management Analyst III and was later promoted to Cost Management Analyst IV in 2012. In 2014, they became a Cost MIS Manager and held that position until 2016. Cheryl then took on the role of Legal Finance Manager until 2017 when they assumed the position of VP Director of Legal Administration, which they currently hold.
