Cynthia Kelly

Cynthia Kelly has extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory relations, and fiduciary management within the financial industry. Currently serving as Santander US Senior Deputy General Counsel, Cynthia collaborates closely with top executives to provide guidance on governance and regulatory matters while developing a centralized corporate governance structure for Santander U.S. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing corporate governance and the Board of Directors, and Chief Fiduciary Officer, offering legal oversight to the Wealth Management Division. Cynthia's earlier experience includes key positions at Fleet National Bank, managing significant assets and improving fiduciary services. Cynthia holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Providence College.
