Dayan Kazi

Dayan Kazi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate finance and structured finance. Currently serving in Real Estate Structured Finance at Santander Bank, N.A. since October 2022, Dayan previously held the position of Vice President at Ready Capital from May 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, positions included CMBS Ratings at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc., and Asset Management and Securitization at Arbor Realty Trust. Dayan's career began at Colony Capital, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Investment Management, specializing in CMBS, CRE CLO, and private equity real estate. Earlier roles included CDO structuring and banking at UBS Investment Bank and Wachovia, as well as CLO at JP Morgan. Educational credentials include an MBA from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
