Joseph Neylon

Joseph Neylon is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the finance and research sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Communications Manager at Santander Bank, N.A. since March 2019, Joseph focuses on internal communications, workforce engagement, and employee experience. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of President at KRT and worked as a Communications Manager at Gartner, following the acquisition of AMR Research, where Joseph served as Communications Leader from November 2002 to January 2010. Early career experiences include roles as Senior Communications Specialist at Harvard University and Senior Communications Consultant. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Technical Communication from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from UMass Boston.
