Currently serving as the Head of Risk Governance, Compliance, Policy, Training & Internal Controls at Santander Consumer USA since February 2015, Williams previously held significant positions including Head of Global Risk Governance Regulatory Compliance at MoneyGram International and Director of Risk Management at AIG, overseeing enterprise risk strategies and compliance across multiple sectors. With expertise in internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley processes from roles at OMI Corporation and PepsiCo, Williams has a solid foundation in financial and operational compliance.
