Erin Shelton

Erin Shelton has extensive experience in operational risk management, currently serving as the US Head of Operational Risk Framework, Strategy and Oversight at Santander Consumer USA since June 2019. Prior roles include Senior Director and Director of Operational Risk at the same company, as well as Vice President of Operational Risk Oversight for Auto Finance at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Previously, Erin Shelton has held positions in risk management at Capital One and Ocwen Financial Corporation, and has significant experience from Freddie Mac, where roles included Risk Control Manager. Erin Shelton's career commenced at Southwest Corporate FCU as an A/LM Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Louisiana State University.
