Heather Mupita Ashby

Heather Mupita Ashby is an experienced professional in the fields of product management, operations, and legal services. Currently serving as an Associate Testing Engineer and User Experience Test Lead at Santander Consumer USA since June 2008, Heather has a strong focus on improving customer experience and is engaged in testing a digital contracting initiative. Previous roles at Santander include Product Manager and Vendor Oversight Manager, where Heather led coordinated efforts, conducted process improvements, and managed vendor performance. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Bankruptcy Specialist at both Santander Consumer USA and Bank of America, as well as positions in legal roles as a Human Rights Lawyer and Prosecutor. Heather holds a Master of Laws from Texas A&M University School of Law and an Executive MBA from Texas Woman's University, along with degrees in Law from the University of the West Indies and the University of Zimbabwe.
