Krista Hensley

Krista Hensley is a seasoned professional in fraud operations and risk management within the financial services industry, currently serving as the Director of Fraud Operations and KYC at Santander Bank, N.A. since September 2019. In this role, Krista leads fraud prevention and detection initiatives for the Auto Loan portfolio, oversees the Know Your Customer program, and ensures the quality and timeliness of suspicious activity reports. Prior to joining Santander, Krista spent nearly two decades at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where various roles included Fraud Vice President, managing credit and debit card fraud prevention, National Recoveries & 2MP Vice President during the mortgage crisis, and Default Department Manager within Auto Finance. Krista holds a degree in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
