Shannon Celestine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive finance industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Dealer Sales at Santander Consumer USA since March 2022, Shannon supervises a team that supports 25 of the largest automobile dealerships in the US. Previously, Shannon held the position of Regional Finance Director at Group 1 Automotive, managing the finance departments of 10 dealerships along the Gulf Coast and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Shannon's career at Santander Consumer USA began in 2004, advancing from Area Sales Manager to National Account Manager, where Shannon developed significant relationships with large dealer groups. Early career experience includes serving as Marketing Manager for the Dayton Dragons, focusing on corporate sponsorships and event management. Shannon holds a degree in Marketing from Wright State University, obtained in 2002.
