Alex Mendez

Alex Mendez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in automation and operations management. Currently serving as Gerente IT Automation at Santander Global Tech since September 2018, Alex previously held the position of Operations Manager at HINAG and Gerente sistemas at Escuela Bancaria y Comercial from August 2006 to September 2013. Earlier career roles include Coordinador de Icenter at MCM Telecom and Gerente de hosting at Mexis, where responsibilities included managing data centers and providing various IT services. Alex holds an ITIL® Foundation certification from Pink Elephant and a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecmilenio.
