Michal Janiszewski

Michal Janiszewski, PMP, currently serves as the Global CIO of Banking Data for Corporate and Investment Banking at Santander Global T&O since December 2022. Prior experience includes managing the Database Platforms Division at Orange Polska from September 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a team of architects and administrators, guiding IT strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across various database technologies. Michal's background also includes significant roles at PZU, where as Head of IT Technology Development Team, initiatives involved managing technological debt, IT infrastructure projects, and engaging with senior management. Additional experience spans leadership positions at multiple banks and a sabbatical period in early 2020. Michal is an alumnus of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
