Svetlana Saxon has extensive experience in compliance roles. Svetlana is currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics. Prior to this, they held the positions of Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Coordination Lead at the same company. Before joining Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics, Svetlana worked as a Nordic Senior Compliance Program Specialist at Santander Consumer Bank for six years. Svetlana also gained experience as a Compliance Analyst at Santander Consumer Bank AB and GE Money Bank AB. Additionally, they worked as a Risk and Control Analyst at East Capital, a Business Practices Specialist at Oracle, and an Account Manager at SEB.
Svetlana Saxon obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from St. Petersburg State University between 1996 and 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Laws degree at Stockholm University from 2005 to 2008.
