Usko Manninen has a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 as an Accounting Assistant at Oy Ekström Ab. Usko then worked as an Accounting Assistant at Giraud Finland Oy in 2004. In 2006, they did their Master's thesis assignment at Jykes Oy. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at TradeDoubler, starting as an Account Manager, then becoming the Head of Client Services, and finally the Product Delivery Director. Usko joined Santander Consumer Finance Oy in 2011, where they held various roles including Analyst, Marketing Team Leader for Loans, Insurances & CRM, and Sales/Product Manager with overall responsibilities for loan products, sales, marketing, and CRM system implementation. Since 2021, Usko Manninen has been the Head of Digital Marketing for the Nordics at Santander Consumer Bank.
Usko Manninen obtained a Matriculation Examination degree from Cygnaeus-High School in 1998. Usko then pursued a Master of Science in Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu from 2000 to 2006, specializing in Logistics and minoring in Accounting, Law, Economics, Organization and Management, and Entrepreneurship. In 1999, they attended Mercuria Business School in Finland and Hogeschool INHOLLAND in Holland, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. From 2012 to 2014, Usko Manninen obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Direct and Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing. Lastly, from 2015 to 2018, they completed an Executive MBA in Insurance and Financial Services from the University of Tampere.
