Filipa Seabra

Filipa Seabra has extensive experience in credit risk management and digital performance, currently serving as the Head of Credit Risk Management at Santander Portugal since January 2020. Filipa has held various leadership roles at Santander, including Head of Credit Risk Portfolio Management and Personal Loans and Digital Performance Director. Prior to joining Santander, Filipa was an Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company from September 2015 to January 2020, and previously worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey from February 2011 to July 2013. Filipa holds an MBA from London Business School (2013-2015) and both a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (2005-2008) from Instituto Superior Técnico.
