Rute Medo has extensive experience in marketing and commercial communication, currently serving as Directora de Comunicação e Dinamização Comercial at Santander Portugal since January 2019. Responsibilities include producing clear and relevant information to enhance commercial performance using innovative digital channels, implementing recognition programs, and organizing impactful internal and external events. Previously, Rute held the position of Directora de Marketing, Engagement & Commitment in Human Resources since January 2014, focusing on employee recognition and marketing actions. Earlier roles at Interbanco and Banco de Comércio e Indústria involved institutional marketing, strategic project coordination, and product management. Rute holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, complemented by specialized education in digital communication and banking management.
