Sandra Nery has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in compensation and people analytics. Currently serving as HRBP for Data within Compensation & People Analytics at Santander Portugal, Sandra Nery supports the implementation of people management programs and the definition of dashboards and KPIs. A long-time employee at Banco Santander since June 2005, Sandra Nery has held various roles, including HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Team member, specializing in compensation, benefits, performance evaluation, and talent management across multiple business units. Previously, at Banco Santander Totta, Sandra Nery was responsible for information management and the design of performance evaluation systems. Sandra Nery started a career in education technology with a focus on e-learning at Banco Santander. Sandra Nery holds a master's degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a licenciatura from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
