Adam Malley

Adam Malley is currently serving as an Internal Communications Specialist in Corporate Marketing and Responsible Banking at Santander UK since May 2023. Previously, Adam held various roles at DXC Technology from October 2016 to May 2023, including leading internal communications for the EMEA region and serving as UK&I PRIDE Business Resource Group Co-Finance Officer & MarCom Lead, where responsibilities included overseeing fiscal matters and promoting LGBT+ visibility and support. Adam also managed the regional strategic direction of the award-winning THRIVE Thought Leadership Programme and participated in promoting LGBT+ issues within the UK&I PRIDE Business Network Group. Adam began his career at Lloyds Banking Group as a Project Support Desk Analyst and IT Business Analyst. Academically, Adam holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and a BSc in Criminology from the University of Sunderland, as well as a BTEC National Diploma in Uniformed Public Services from Lancaster and Morecambe College.
