Karen Frazer

Karen Frazer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in non-financial risk management and governance across the banking sector, currently serving as Director of Customer Outcomes Risk & Assurance at Santander UK since January 2002. Karen has held multiple leadership roles within Santander, including Interim Director of Business Risk and Head of Product Oversight & Governance, overseeing risk management frameworks in Retail Banking. Additional expertise includes project management in regulatory marketing projects and promoting product control and governance. Since March 2022, Karen also holds the position of Chair of The Board of Trustees at Skylark Partnership Trust. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from Lancaster University.
