Kim Bernard

Kim Bernard has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Occupational Health and Safety Consultant at Santander UK since April 2012. Kim's roles have included HR Hub Partner and HR Operations Partner, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR administration tasks, providing pro-active HR support, and ensuring effective People Management practices. As a HR Shared Services Team Leader, Kim led a team of ten, focusing on performance excellence, coaching, and supporting team development.
