Kristy Davies

Kristy Davies has extensive experience in user experience and product management, currently serving as the Head of User Experience & Digital Product Owner (Mortgages) at Santander UK since June 2001. In this role, Kristy oversees the digital customer experience and manages a team within the Mortgage Domain, also handling online mortgage servicing. Prior positions at Santander include Product Owner for a major digital transformation project in the Mortgage Division and Senior Marketing Manager roles for both Mortgages and Current Accounts, focusing on digital transformation and product management. Before joining Santander, Kristy worked at Vauxhall Motors Ltd in various marketing roles. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
