Peter Goode is an experienced leader in retail and business banking transformation, currently serving as Head of Transformation & Support at Santander UK since January 2008. With a strong background in managing significant change programmes and overseeing substantial operational budgets, Goode has successfully driven sustainable cost savings exceeding £200 million during tenure as Senior Transformation Lead for the Transformation for Success Programme. Previous roles include strategic oversight of ATM and infrastructure development, shaping retail reward strategies for a large workforce, and enhancing credit card acquisition processes across various channels. Prior to Santander, Goode was a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Money, where multiple process optimization projects were delivered, and held various sales management positions in the auto finance division. Goode holds a Business degree from Northumbria University.
