Elda Polena

Elda Polena is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and operations policy administration, currently serving as the Director and Head of US Technology & Operations Policy Administration at Santander US since April 2015. Elda has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Director of US IT Policy Administration and IT Policy Administration Manager. Prior to joining Santander US, Elda gained valuable experience at State Street as a Senior Auditor and Business Analyst, and at Sovereign Bank as an Operation Lead Specialist. Elda holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from UMass Boston.
