Joanne Chadwick

Joanne Chadwick is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT management within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member at 4G Capital and the CIO of Digital Transformation at Santander US since October 2016, Joanne leads initiatives to innovate and enhance customer experiences through digital channels. Previous roles include Senior IT Director at Santander US, where strategic technology programs were directed, as well as IT Manager positions at ISBAN in both the US and UK, and an IT Project Manager role at Santander UK. An educational background in History of Art was obtained from Sheffield Hallam University.
