Laura Wilcox

Laura Wilcox currently serves as the SVP Head of Operational Risk Foundational Programs at State Street since February 2024. Previously, Laura held multiple key positions at Santander US, including Deputy Chief Operational Risk Officer and Head of Operational Risk Management from February 2020. Prior roles also include Senior Vice President positions at Santander Bank, N.A. and Citizens Financial Group, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed developing operational policies, methodology frameworks, and compliance systems within risk management. Laura’s career in risk management began at RBS Citizens Financial Group, where various roles were undertaken in Regulatory and Enterprise Risk Management from June 2002 to June 2008. Laura obtained education from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 1990 and 1992.
