Natasha Molnar

Natasha Molnar is an experienced product manager with a strong background in financial services and risk management. Currently serving as SVP Product Manager at Santander US since April 2020, Natasha previously worked as a consultant for Hobbs | Madison, Inc., focusing on mobile banking strategy and Agile transformation. Prior roles at Santander US included Lead Risk Analyst, Vice President, where Natasha concentrated on risk assessment and mitigation. Early career experience includes consulting for New Market Advisors, leading product management at Royal Bank of Scotland Group, and managing people development at RBS Worldpay. Natasha holds an MSc in Operational Research from Lancaster University and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Essex.
