Pei-Pei Mao

Pei-Pei Mao currently serves in US CIB Compliance at Santander US, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Pei-Pei held the role of Global Head of Control Room and Employee Compliance at Citadel from October 2021 to December 2023. During a tenure at Santander Investment Securities Inc from May 2019 to October 2021, Pei-Pei functioned as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Compliance Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2000 to May 2019 and working as Assistant Director of Compliance at Hambrecht & Quist from August 1996 to December 1999. Pei-Pei's career began in market surveillance as an Investigator at FINRA from March 1989 to July 1996. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from The George Washington University.
