Brad Lyon

Brad Lyon has extensive experience in acquisitions and investments within the senior housing and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions & Investment at Santé Operations since April 2016, Brad Lyon focuses on the strategic growth of the company through acquisitions and new developments. Prior to this role, Brad Lyon held the same title at Inspired Healthcare Capital from May 2016 to April 2020, concentrating on the acquisition of senior housing properties. Brad Lyon also directed operations at Tellatin, Short & Hansen, Inc. for over 12 years, where responsibilities included completing valuation studies and overseeing the West Coast office. Brad Lyon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Washington State University, awarded in 2003.
