Carla Smedema, MMI, is an experienced leader in the healthcare and social services sectors, currently serving as Directeur regio Centraal Gelderland at Santé Partners, where responsibilities include overseeing area managers and supporting individuals in regaining and maintaining their independence through various welfare services.
