Stephen Pelcher

Stephen Pelcher is an experienced legal professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Santee Cooper since January 1996, Pelcher has played a key role in implementing regulatory changes, notably the establishment of the company's Open Access Transmission Tariff and compliance with FERC Orders 888 and 889. Prior to this role, Pelcher held positions at Duquesne Light Company as a Senior Attorney, at the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture as Assistant Counsel, and in private practice as an Associate Attorney with Wolfson & Blackwell.
