Gregory Lee

Gregory Lee has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Gregory started their career as a Medical Officer at the National Healthcare Group in 2005. Gregory then worked as a Staff Officer at MINDEF from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Gregory joined Exploit Technologies Pte Ltd as an Assistant Vice President, where they focused on IP licensing, technology evaluation, and patent portfolio management. Gregory worked there until 2012.

From 2012 to 2017, Gregory worked at Sirtex Medical Limited in various roles. Gregory served as an Associate Medical Director, responsible for global medical affairs of their lead oncology product. Gregory then became a Medical Director and later the Director of Global Medical and Scientific Affairs, where they were responsible for global medical affairs and served as a medical monitor for clinical trials.

Since 2017, Gregory has been working at Santen. Gregory first served as the Regional Medical Affairs Director and then became the Head of Medical Affairs, Asia. Currently, they hold the position of VP and Head of Global Commercial Strategy, where they focus on shaping and executing commercial strategies in the field of ophthalmology, along with developing global visions for different therapeutic areas.

Throughout their career, Gregory has demonstrated expertise in leading teams, establishing impactful functions, and optimizing assets in different domains. Gregory has also achieved notable accomplishments, including implementing frameworks and fostering governance within organizations.

Gregory Lee completed their MBBS degree in Medicine at the National University of Singapore from 1999 to 2004. Gregory also passed the CFA level 3 certification from the CFA Institute, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
