Shahriar H. is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Sr Planner and SAP Trainer at Santen since August 2019, Shahriar contributes to strengthening the leadership team and supporting supply chain operations through strategic planning and Lean transformation. Prior to this role, Shahriar worked as Project Lead for SAP Implementation at The ACME Laboratories Ltd., where management of a $500M+ procurement division and a focus on cost savings were key responsibilities. With a solid background at Novartis, overseeing global teams in materials management and supply planning, Shahriar has successfully designed efficient processes that enhance alignment across business units. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, and certifications in Production and Inventory Management, as well as SAP.
