Stefanie Reiser

Stefanie Reiser is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management spanning several years. Since May 2016, Stefanie Reiser has held multiple leadership positions at Santen, including Director of Human Resources for Germany and the East Region, as well as Associate Director roles. Prior to Santen, Stefanie Reiser worked as a Human Resources Manager at Richemont Northern Europe GmbH from 2010 to 2015 and began the HR career as a Trainee at Messe München GmbH from 2007 to 2009, after completing an internship in HR marketing and development at ZF Sachs AG in 2004-2005. Academically, Stefanie Reiser earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Kaiserslautern University of Technology (2010-2012) and a Diplom-Betriebswirtin in Business Administration from Würzburg University of Applied Sciences (2001-2007).
