Geraldine Legal has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. In 1994 they began their career as an HR Business Partner (Job Creation) at MARS petcare - Royal Canin. In 1997 they moved to HP - France across all Business Segments as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. In 2000 they were promoted to EMEA Compensation Program Manager at HP. In 2004 they were promoted to EMEA Compensation Director at HP. In this role, they provided leadership and accountability for the design, development and implementation of all compensation programs, processes and solutions for the EMEA region. Geraldine also managed a direct team of 10 expert program leads and a matrixed team of 25 Total Rewards Professionals. In 2009 they moved to Johnson & Johnson as Head of Human Resources, EMEA Enterprise Functions. In this role, they drove HR and talent strategy across EMEA through regional and in-market teams. Geraldine also led the transition, enabled the successful implementation and change management of a new cross-sector (3 tier) operating model for Finance, HR, IT & Procurement. In 2022 they moved to SantéVet as Chief People Officer.

Geraldine Legal obtained their Master in Strategic Human Resources from ISEM / Montpellier Business School in 1995.
