David Holmes

David Holmes has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, notably serving as the CEO of Santikos Enterprises since January 2015. As the former CEO of Santikos Entertainment and the founder and president of Consensus Development, Holmes has a proven track record in real estate investments and development, working with notable clients such as Trinity University and the San Antonio Fire and Police Pension Fund. Previous positions include Vice President of Real Estate and Commercial Mortgage Lending at GPM Life Insurance Co., CFO at Azaya, and Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs at Kinetic Concepts, Inc. Holmes also served as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Trinity University and held senior positions at USAA Life Insurance Company from 1985 to 2006. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Trinity University and further education at the University of Virginia.
