Tara Tembe, MBA, CPA, CIA, CFE, currently serves as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Santikos Entertainment, a role encompassing internal audit and corporate compliance responsibilities. With a strong background in financial analysis and internal controls, Tara previously held positions as Senior Forensic Accountant at Travis County, Director of Internal Audit at Hastings Entertainment Inc., and Senior Internal Auditor at Temple-Inland. Tara's experience includes leading audit teams, developing risk assessments, and identifying operational improvements, supported by an MBA in Finance from St. Edward's University and a BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
