Juliana Batista

Juliana Batista has extensive experience in the areas of health, safety, and environmental management (SSMA), with a career spanning multiple companies in diverse sectors. Currently serving as Analista de SSMA Corporativo at Santos Brasil since November 2022, Juliana leads strategic governance initiatives, manages performance projects, and oversees risk management processes. Previous roles include Supervisora de SSMA at Prieto Alimentos SA and Engenheira de Segurança do Trabalho at ST Batista Engenharia Ambiental e Segurança do Trabalho, where Juliana focused on risk assessment, compliance with legal requirements, and the implementation of safety management systems. Juliana holds an Executive MBA in Project Management from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering from PUC Minas, and multiple qualifications in environmental and safety management.
