Meliza Calleja has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Meliza started their career as a Project Research Assistant at the Institute of Philippine Culture, Ateneo de Manila University in 2000. After that, they worked as a Research Analyst at the Lasallian Institute for Development and Education Research, De La Salle University from 2003 to 2004.

In 2005, Meliza joined CB Richard Ellis Philippines, Inc. where they held various roles including Research Analyst, Client Support Services Manager, and Associate Director in the Corporate Agency & Brokerage and Global Corporate Services departments. Meliza gradually rose through the ranks and eventually became the Director of the Global Corporate Agency in 2017.

Meliza is currently working as a Senior Director in the Occupier Services & Commercial Agency division at Santos Knight Frank since 2017.

Meliza Calleja began their education in 1994 at the University of the Philippines, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Meliza successfully completed their studies in 1999.
