Cheryl Shields

Cheryl Shields has an extensive career in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Manager of Contingent Workforce Projects at Santos Ltd since November 2007. Cheryl's responsibilities include managing internal and external resourcing, contingent workforce initiatives, and various employment programs, including those for graduates and Aboriginal employment and training. Cheryl's experience spans various companies, including Business SA as HR Manager and Coca-Cola Amatil in multiple HR leadership roles. Cheryl began her career at Hills Holdings Ltd and Mile End Physiotherapy, supporting human resources and administrative functions. Cheryl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science with a focus on biotechnology from Flinders University.
