Christian Nathanael

Christian Nathanael has extensive experience in the petroleum engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer at Santos Ltd since April 2016, after progressing through roles as a Senior Reservoir Engineer and Petroleum Engineer. Prior experience includes work as a Reservoir Engineer at Drillsearch Energy Limited from June 2014 to March 2016, focusing on projects such as the Cooper Basin Western Wet Gas where responsibilities encompassed reservoir simulation, reserves audits, and production management. Before that, Christian held various roles at TOTAL from January 2010 to May 2014, including Reservoir Engineer and Team Leader Petrophysicist, with expertise in reservoir modeling, production optimization, and well performance analysis. Early career experience includes working as a Wireline Field Engineer at Halliburton from October 2004 to January 2008, managing projects and conducting data acquisitions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering Science in Petroleum Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya.
