Donna Simmons

Donna Simmons is an accomplished professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as a People Business Partner at Santos Ltd since April 2021. Prior to this role, Donna held the position of People Experience Lead at the Bank of Queensland from January 2020 to April 2021. Donna's extensive experience at Arrow Energy spanned from March 2012 to January 2020, where roles included Human Resources Manager for Operations & HSE, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Advisor. Earlier in Donna's career, roles included Client Alliance Manager, Corporate Sales Administrator, and Office Manager at WorkPac from December 2009 to March 2012.
