Fatemeh Kamali

Fatemeh Kamali is a highly experienced Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer currently working at Santos Ltd since September 2023, focusing on the Moomba CCS subsurface and previously contributing to Cooper Development. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Reservoir Engineer and Team Lead at Todd Energy, as well as a Visiting Lecturer at Edith Cowan University. Fatemeh has also served as a Petroleum Engineer Consultant and a Senior Reservoir Engineer at National Iranian Oil Company, where responsibilities involved advanced reservoir characterization and production optimization. Earlier roles include positions at The University of Queensland and UNSW Australia, where research encompassed CO2-EOR, reservoir simulation, and mentoring students. Fatemeh holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from UNSW, an MSc from the University of Calgary, and a BSc from Petroleum University of Technology.
