Gretchen Richards

Gretchen Richards is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Brand, Marketing, Sponsorships, and Internal Communications at Santos Ltd since January 2020, Gretchen oversees global branding, corporate sponsorships, events, and internal communications. Prior to this, Gretchen held the position of Australasia Head of Marketing & Communications at Babcock Australia & New Zealand, where strategic initiatives were executed across the Land, Marine, and Aviation sectors. During a significant tenure at EY from 2010 to 2017, Gretchen advanced from Oceania Government & Public Sector Marketing Leader to Oceania Transaction & Advisory Services Marketing Leader, focusing on relationship-building and marketing strategies. Earlier roles include State Marketing Manager at Macquarie Group and National Marketing Executive at Piper Alderman. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Marketing from Washington State University.
