Stephen Kretschmer

Stephen Kretschmer is an experienced professional in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as the Removals & Disposals Manager for Santos Ltd, focusing on decommissioning projects in the Bayu Undan field in Timor Leste. Since founding SK Marine PTY LTD in 2016, Stephen has provided consultancy and project management support across various lifecycle phases for oil and gas operators. Previous roles include Removals & Disposal Manager at ConocoPhillips, Transport & Installation Manager at Sapura Energy, and various engineering and management positions at Chevron, INPEX, and Woodside Energy. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Naval Architecture with Honors from the Australian Maritime College.
