Theo Anderson

Theo Anderson currently serves as GM People & Culture at Santos Ltd, overseeing operations in Western Australia, Northern Australia, and Timor Leste since October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Health, Safety, Wellbeing & People Director at BHP, where efforts were focused on ensuring the West Musgrave project's transition and performance in health and safety. A long tenure at Woodside Energy from 2007 to 2022 included roles such as General Manager Health, Safety & Wellbeing, where leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic was a key achievement, and General Manager Organisational Development, where Theo developed strategic initiatives for leadership, capability, and culture. Earlier positions involved foundational work in HR services and employee relations at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WA) and an educational background with a Master's in Management from The University of Western Australia.
