Abhishek Dash

Abhishek Dash is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Sany India since August 2022, Abhishek oversees human resources functions for numerous departments, including SCM, Quality, Production, and R&D. Prior to this role, Abhishek worked at Aggreko as a Human Resources Manager, managing the complete employee life cycle for Pan India operations, and held positions at Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd and Spicer India Ltd, focusing on HR policy design, talent management, and employee lifecycle management. Abhishek holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology and has earned certifications in human resources management from XLRI Jamshedpur and SHRM.
