Martin Reynell has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. martin began their career in 1993 at Wyeth Medica Ireland Limited as a Supervisor. In 2005, they joined Ovation Healthcare International Ltd as a European Manufacturing Manager, where they established operational/manufacturing systems for European products, developed and cultivated productive working relationships with vendors and partners, and successfully managed technology transfer programs. In 2008, they became the Associate Director Quality Assurance at Lundbeck (formerly Ovation Healthcare International Ltd), where they developed new divisional Quality policies and initiatives, led and managed trouble shooting Compliance activities with third party vendors and partners, and established new flexible Quality systems. In 2010, they joined Biomarin Ireland Ltd as an Associate Director Contract Manufacturing, where they developed and implemented new sustainable system for the management and implementation of artworks for commercial products in order to achieve regulatory compliance in conjunction with timely commercial implementation. Finally, in 2016, they joined Saol Therapeutics as the QA and Regulatory Affairs Director and later as the Senior Director Quality.

Martin Reynell's education history includes a Diploma from Trinity College Dublin, which they obtained in 2000 in the field of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a B.SC from Dublin City University in 1988, in the field of Analytical Science.
