Andrew Steane

Business Mentor at SAP.iO

Andrew Steane began their work experience in 1993 at Microsoft Canada, where they worked in sales and channel management until 2000. Andrew then moved on to YorkMed Systems, where they served as the Director of Sales for a year. In 2001, they joined AOL Canada as a Senior Manager of Sales before transitioning to Vortaloptics, Inc. in 2003 as the VP of Channels. From 2004 to 2008, Steane worked at imason inc. as the Director of Marketing and Alliances. In 2008, they started working at SAP as a Channel Sales Director and continued to hold various senior positions within the company, including Global Director of Channel Development, Global Director of Ecosystems and Channels Business Operations, and Senior Director of North America Channels. Andrew ultimately became the North American Channels Strategy Lead and Partner Transformation Office Leader for SAP. Steane also has involvement with the Canadian Channel Chiefs Council as a board member. As of 2022, they have taken on a Business Mentor role at SAP.iO.

Andrew Steane completed The Leadership Consortium program at Harvard Business School from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Honors BA degree from York University where they studied English and Psychology.
