Steven Tong

Steven Tong has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steven is currently the Director of SAP.iO Foundry Singapore at SAP.iO, which focuses on accelerating innovation and driving new business models for SAP. Prior to this, they worked at Rainmaking Innovation as a Partner, managing corporate innovation projects in Singapore and Taiwan. Steven also served as the Managing Director of Startupbootcamp Fintech Singapore, where they invested in and accelerated 32 fintech startups. Additionally, they have worked as a Mentor at JFDI.Asia and as an Assistant Director at Infocomm Investments Pte Ltd, focusing on accelerating Singapore-based high growth tech startups. Steven has also held various roles at Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, including Center Director (US), Program Manager, and IT Consultant. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Solutions Architect at Computer Sciences Corporation and as a Senior Deputy Head (IT) at Subordinate Courts.

Steven Tong obtained a Bsc (hons) degree in Computing & Information Systems from the University of London, graduating in 1998. Steven then pursued an MBA degree in International Business at the University of Leeds, completing their studies in 2002.
