Alejandro Aichele

Alejandro Aichele is an experienced professional currently serving as the VP - Head of Total Rewards Intelligence & Operations at SAP. Previously, Alejandro held multiple key roles within the organization, including Head of Total Rewards Intelligence and Latin America Total Rewards Partner Lead, as well as Head of HR Strategy, Planning, and Processes. Prior experience includes a position as Assistant Manager at KPMG. Alejandro completed a Diploma in Business Administration at the University of Mannheim from 1997 to 2003 and received education at Instituto Primo Capraro in Bariloche, Argentina, from 1983 to 1996.
