Amrita Dastidar

Amrita Dastidar is an experienced professional with a substantial background in technical analysis, service management, and operations within the IT industry. Early career roles included positions as a Technical Analyst at Wipro Limited and Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities focused on troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Following this, Amrita held the position of Global Escalations Manager at Dell, managing executive-level escalations. Subsequent roles included Service Delivery Specialist at Accenture, where involvement in service transition projects took place, and Service Manager at IBM, overseeing change and release processes. Most recently, at SAP, Amrita served as Head of Problem Management, implementing ITIL-aligned practices that significantly reduced incident recurrence, and as Director of SaaS & Infrastructure Operations, leading global operations for the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
